We’re supporting Dementia Awareness & Support Drop-In Guernsey Walking Football Club

We will be at the Guernsey Alzheimer's Association Dementia Awareness & Support Drop-In on Wednesday 11 November, helping to showcase the benefits of staying active, connected and involved.

Walking Football will be one of the activities available on the day, alongside boccia and seated volleyball.

The event is a great opportunity for carers, families and people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s to come along, meet local organisations and professionals, find out what support is available and connect with others.

And if you’re thinking of bringing a loved one with you — that’s absolutely fine! There will be activities for them to enjoy while you have the opportunity to chat and find out more about the support available.
