We are thankful to the Guernsey Community Foundation for both funding this website and also applying conditions which ensures we have a product which will assist our development of Walking Football within the Bailiwick.

The team at Lloyds Bank Foundation offered us the opportunity to take part in a brainstorming meeting the result of which assisted us to understand ways of improving our operation. We appreciate their offer if using the experience of their staff as should we have the necessity.

Since our inception Olly Tracey from On Screen Creations has be instrumental in the establishment of our online presence and specifically the introduction of our club on social media channels including Facebook & Twitter. He has supplied all of the photographs we have used to promote our sport to date and his video production skills have been the subject of biomechanics studies produced on behalf of the club. Terry and his team at Fletcher Sports have been very helpful in supplying us with all the equipment we needed from our inception, when we had no monies to cover such costs.   We greatly appreciate their continuing support.

The establishment of our new website has been made possible by the team at Submarine Limited. Donovan, Alex and his team have been very easy to work with over the past few months to get the site off the ground and its already attracting viewers from all across the globe.

Stratagem were instrumental in the establishment of our initial brand in 2015. That brand has stood the test of time and is in still in use today. Thanks to Nic and his team for helping us develop a brand we can be proud of.

The Federation of International Walking Football Associations is the international arm of Walking Football which was formed in 2018 and we are proud of the fact that we are a Founding Member. There are now in excess of 50 countries who have registered and more are coming on board. It is exciting to be part of the Worlds fastest growing sport, click on the logo for up to date information on which countries the sport is being played and latest news on the inaugural World Cup.

We are affiliated to the Walking Football Association which is the governing body of the sport in England, and with their  support we have been able to ensure that many clubs are keen to come and compete in Guernsey as and when COVID restrictions are lifted.

Mark, Stuart and his team have offered first class service since our inception in 2015. Our club’s training sessions have been based at KGV Memorial Playing Fields, Castel. The 3G pitch offers us the perfect training surface suitable for playing in any conditions.

Graham and his team at the Guernsey Sports Commission have been instrumental in the establishment of our club. More specifically they have helped establish our constitution and LGB status.
